Detectives have seized a consignment of 50,000 yaba pills at Jatrabari area of Dhaka while being carried the drugs after purchasing it from Cox’s Bazar.
They also arrested three drug traders in this connection.
The arrestees were identified as Jamal Uddin Didar, 22, Rabiul Hasan, 26, and Saddam Hossain, 27, reports UNB.
A team of DB police conducted a drive in the area around 6:00 pm and arrested the trio along with the Yaba pills, said additional deputy commissioner of Gulshan DB police, Golam Saklayen.
A case was filed in this connection at Jatrabari Police Station.
