Job Responsibilities:

• Own the CEO's agenda – ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements. Research and recommend new and revised policies and strategies.
• Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of the CEO.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO. Own and organize Quarterly Planning sessions.
• Support board meetings and fundraise preparations and manage the investor relations.
• Drive the leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
• Be a thought partner to leadership on the organization’s vision, priorities, and challenges.
• Own and lead the preparation and follow-up for all customer and executive reviews and customer briefings.
• Help drive data-driven presentations for the leadership team in both internal and external engagements.
• Drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at the leadership level with exceptional project management and ownership.
• Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.

Educational Requirements: 

• You have minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Experience Requirements: 

• You must have a minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.

• You have adequate knowledge on assisting executive leadership.
• You have experience with program management skills.
• You have an understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, processes and tools.

Salary: 

• 150,000 BDT to 250,000 BDT per month will be offered depending on the experience; (subject to statutory deductions) and will be eligible for Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP)
