CAB to organise meeting aiming reducing power tariff

The Consumer Association of Bangladesh (CAB) will arrange a meeting to discuss on Proposal of Reducing Electricity Tariff at 10:30 am on 02 November 2017 in the capital.

Nasrul Hamid, MP, State Minister for Power, Energy & Mineral Resources will be Chief Guest of the meeting, said a media statement.

President of CAB Ghulam Rahman will preside over the meeting, while the Energy Advisor of the consumer association Prof Dr M Shamsul Alam will also present in the event.

Govt officials, energy experts, professionals, representatives of civil society organisations, NGOs and media are also expected to attend the event, the statement added.
