The 6th Technical Committee, 9th Executive Committee and 3rd General Meeting of SWIFT Member & User Group of Bangladesh (SMUGB) were held recently at Hotel Purbani International, Dhaka.
Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, Chairperson of the Group and President & Managing Director of Bank Asia Limited, presided over the meeting.
Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam, Secretary General of the Group and Additional Managing Director of Social Islami Bank Limited, Mr. Md. Zia Arfin, SEVP & Head of ID, Bank Asia Ltd, Mr. Md. Akmal Hossain, SVP & Head of ID, Social Islami Bank Limited, Mr. MAK Azad, VP & Head of ID, Padma Bank Ltd. were also present in the meeting among other representatives from the member banks of the Group.
