India have won the toss and asked Bangladesh to bowl first at the Edgbaston in Birmingham today.

With Pakistan and England breathing heavily on their neck, nothing other than a victory would keep the Tigers in the World Cup semifinal race.

The match is taking place on the same batting-friendly ground where hosts England stopped India’s unbeaten streak in this World Cup on Sunday.

Two changes have been made in the Bangladesh line-up today, skipper Mashrafe Mortaza has informed.

Pacer Rubel Hossain has been brought back to the squad replacing off-spinner Mehedi Hasan Miraz, who has been Bangladesh’s most economical bowler in the tournament.

Senior batsman Mahmudullah Riyad has been ruled out with a calf muscle tear sustained in the 62-run win over Afghanistan last Monday and replaced by Sabbir Rahman.

India team has also seen a few changes.

Captain Virat Kohli said, "A couple of changes, Kuldeep is not playing, Kumar comes in. Karthik is also in place of Jadhav."

Bangladesh XI: Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Liton Das, Mosaddek Hossain, Sabbir Rahman, Mohammad Saifuddin, Mashrafe Mortaza (c), Rubel Hossain, Mustafizur Rahman

India XI: KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli (c), Rishabh Pant, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (wk), Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah
