The admission test for first year honours courses in 2017-18 academic session of Rajshahi University (RU) began on Sunday.
According to the RU sources, the test will be continued till October 26.
Vice-chancellor Prof Abdus Sobhan and Pro-VC Prof Ananda Kumar Shaha accompanied by others concerned visited different examination halls.
Proctor Professor Lutfor Rahman told journalists that mobile court will remain in operation during the test to curb any fraudulence.

This year, some 121,00 students are taking part in the admission test against 4,700 seats of 57 departments and two institutes under nine faculties.
However, the number of submitted applications is 3,16,120.
