Three justices of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court have faced an investigation over their alleged breach of code of conduct.
They are Salma Masud Chowdhury, Quazi Reza-Ul Hoque and A K M Zahirul Hoque, according to local media reports.
They have been put off duty from today until investigations against them are completed, the reports said.
The move follows a directive of chief justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, who heads the top court.
Asked, the Supreme Court's special officer Barrister Saifur Rahman said, "They have not been named on the regular cause list.
Insisted on going into details about the issue, he declined saying, "That's all I know. I don't want to talk further about it."
