Seven shops gutted in Satkhira gas cylinder blast

At least seven shops were gutted in a fire that broke out near Bhomra Land Port area in Satkhira on Sunday.

Locals said the fire that originated following an explosion of a gas cylinder at the shop of Azizur and spread to six other adjacent shops in the area.

On information, two firefighting units went to the spot and extinguished the blaze after sometime, said Mostafizur Rahman Nasim, general secretary of Bhomra Land Port C&F agent Association, reports UNB.
