THE High Court upholds the death sentences for four main convicts who brutally tortured a minor boy Rajon to death accusing of stealing a van. The perpetrators of this ghastly act felt no qualm about beating him mercilessly.
People from all walks of life were in sympathy for the boy while watching the video of the incident which was later shared on the Facebook.
Incidents of torture and abuse of children has become a regular phenomenon in our society, but most of them escape our notice. The criminals accused of such offences deserve capital punishment. At the same time social awareness should be raised so that nobody takes law in their own hands ignoring the legal process.
Finally we hope sentences of the convicts will be executed soon.
