Hello from Trumpland

HELLO to all readers from the Trumpland. Like before I was welcome by the New York immigration officer at the point of entry to the US. But surprisingly this time the officer was unusually cordial and greeted me warmly. Actually I always feel glad when the immigration officials at London and US behave very cordially and welcome me in a nice way. Perhaps you are aware that US visa does not guarantee entry to the US and I saw many being interrogated again at the entry points and one can be refused entry at the discretion of the immigration official. This time I observed that there were fewer people in the immigration line than before because US visa has been restricted to a great extent. 
All the well known investment management companies in the world like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and many others have their head offices near NY stock exchange in Manhattan.  I have plans to visit them and requested my daughter to arrange my visit so that I am able to discuss my experience about investing in Bangladesh through Dhaka Stock Exchange. 
This time I was sad to leave Dhaka as I am more comfortable at home with many known faces around at the shopping malls, markets, and many neighbours. But as I enjoy walking, NY is also a good place for me, particularly the New York City Libraries located throughout the city attract me greatly.
