BONOSREE canal in Rampura is now in a much better condition than before. The city corporation deserves to be appreciated for bringing about some improvement in the canal. But it should be lot better than it looks now. Still we can see garbage lying in and around the canal. The authority should clean the canal totally so that the environment of the locality improves. Bonosree dwellers face more mosquitoes and other insects because of the dirt in the canal. I have been living in this area for quite some time now and I found the area was being urbanized very rapidly particularly due to its proximity to commercial areas of Motijheel and Paltan. If the Bonosree canal is cleaned it will not only enable people to breathe easy but will also be an added attraction for the citydwellers.
