About a healthy breakfast

BREAKFAST is the first formal meal of the day for us which prepares us for the rest of the day. Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients. The body needs these essential nutrients and research shows that if these are missed at breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day. But unfortunately many of us skip a proper breakfast and rush towards our workplaces or educational institutions. A good breakfast fuels our energy level and helps us to be more productive. When we miss breakfast, we tend to overeat in the later part of the day which may create health problems. Generally, people who have healthy breakfast are more energetic and work with higher efficiency. Good sleep and a healthy breakfast are important components of a healthy life. We should make it a regular habit.
