Regular exercise is very important for good health. If we keep a car idle in the garage for a month, it will become unfit for movement on the road. Before hitting the road we will have to ensure regular maintenance. The same happens to our body if we abstain from physical exercises of any kind. Regular workout has a lot of positive impact on our body and mind. We all know that a sound mind lives in a sound body.
Physical exercises like cycling, skipping, jogging, swimming etc. are all good for health and help us to stay fit. Our body is our wealth and we should keep it clean, fit and sound. It is good to see that nowadays even women are doing exercise as many of them hardly get an opportunity to do so after taking care of their families. Obese parents beget obese children. Obesity is a curse. Let us bring positive changes to our life through regular and moderate exercises.
