State-run power distribution companies will not impose any surcharge on electricity bills payments for the months of February, March, April and May due to coronavirus pandemic.

State Minister for Power and Energy Nasrul Hamid gave the information while speaking to journalists at his secretariat office on Sunday, the first day of resumption of works after 66-day nationwide shutdown.
