Name of the Position: Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow engineers and product managers.
- Be accountable for tasks concerning deadlines and expectations.
- Efficiently deliver quality code following the community best practices.
- Add new features and functionality and maintain the existing ones.
- Contribute to the infrastructure and automation tools of the team.
- Work in a DevOps Culture on a Kubernetes platform.
- Ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5-9 years of experience with any coding language (Golang, Python, Java), preferably Golang.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of agile workflows and lean principles.
- Team management skills, including both coaching and enforcement.
- Experience with designing, programming and implementing large information systems
Additionally, the incumbent should have:
- Experience in finance or banking industry
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Experience with Helm (Kubernetes)
Location: Dhaka
