- Develop and implement reward, recognition, and benefits strategies in alignment with market compensation trends and corporate objectives to implement sector-specific benchmarking for competitiveness.
- Lead the annual performance management process and manage the end-to-end annual review cycle.
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Leveraging technology for continuous improvement in payroll processing applications.
