Police detain two over fraudulence in DU admission test

Police detained two students, including a student of Dhaka University, on charge of fraudulence in the admission test of the university on Friday.

 

The detainees are Shahjahan Ali, a fourth year student of International Relations Department and Tansen Mia, passed Higher Secondary Certificate from Dhaka College this year, reports UNB.

 

Shahjahan was detained from the examination hall no-6054 under the Faculty of Business Studies Faculty while he was giving proxy, said DU Acting Proctor Professor AM Amzad.

 

Later, Tansen was detained following information of Shahjahan. They were handed over to Shahbagh thana police, added the Proctor.
