Job Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop & Consume RESTful API and ensure its security & Best practices.
- Design, Develop & Deploy container-friendly systems.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural reviews, and proposed improvement discussions.
- Work as a member of a cross-functional Agile team(which follows SCRUM) and help to improve best practices and standards.

Skills And Knowledge Required:
- Strong knowledge of core Java, J2EE (Java version 8), and OO concepts
- Knowledge of Design Patterns like Singleton, Strategy, Observer, Builder, Adapter, State, etc
- Experience with Spring framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Web, Spring Cloud and other backend implementations.
- Relevant professional development work experience of designing RESTful-API / Web Service
- Awareness & experience of advanced Java concepts like Multithreading, Synchronization, Caching, Collections, Generics, Garbage Collections, Exception Handling, etc.
- Experience / Knowledge in Micro Service Architecture
- Strong knowledge of web service standards (REST, SOA, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, WSDL) and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT Tokens and their integration between multiple systems.
- Ability to work with API development tools like Postman, SoapUI, cURL
- Knowledge of Maven, Gradle
- Knowledge of Nginx, Tomcat
- Ability to perform stress and load testing with JMeter or similars tools and profile with JProfiler or similar tools
- Must be familiar with any relational database, like Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql etc
- Working knowledge of Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
- Awareness of system deployment, distributed computing, and horizontal scalability
- Knowledge regarding Linux os, basic Linux commands, and bash scripting
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Development
