Name of the Position: Junior Product Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, and Customer Support to collect users' and other stakeholders' pain points and feedback.
- Data extraction and analysis of the defined success metrics of a product
- Prepare as well as manage dashboards and reports
- Conduct user research and collaborate with creative teams to prepare the UI/UX of consumer-facing apps and dashboards
- Help the product team to design successful metrics of features and prepare pre-analysis
- Assist product managers to prepare qualitative user experiments, surveys and A/B testing for different products
- Help product managers create and update product documentation and take meeting minutes
- Participate in the early stage of product development, scope and market research documentation and methodology
- Manage and conduct focus group discussions as per requirements and prepare summary reports
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- At least (1) one year of proven experience in product development and analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business/computer science/engineering or information system
- Fluent in business process analysis and statistics
- A collaborator, critical thinker and problem solver
Additionally, the incumbent should have-
- Experience with SQL, Python and object-oriented programming
- Experience with Tableau, Data Studio and Google Sheets for data visualization
