Job Responsibilities:

Oversee seamless implementation of HR plans and employee life cycle processes at the Plant.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the administration of employee salaries, welfare, benefits and initiatives etc.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain harmonious employee relations at the Plant.

Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team.
Educational and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.

6 to 8 years of experience in handling Plant HR.
