A fire has erupted at a polythene factory in Old Dhaka's Chawkbazar.
The incident in Kamalbagh was reported at around 12:00 pm on Monday, according to Md Shahjahan Sikder, assistant director of the fire service.
Ten firefighting units have been dispatched to the scene, reports bdnews24.com.
There were no reports of casualties in the incident.
The authorities could not immediately determine the cause of the fire.
