Rain may continue for next three days

Light to heavy rainfall accompanied by temporary gusty wind occurred in the capital and most parts of the country on Thursday bringing relief to the people from the heatwave which was prevailing for the last couple of days.

Besides, light to moderate rain may continue for the next two to three days across the country including Dhaka while the ongoing heatwave may not sweep over the country from Tuesday, said Abul Kalam Mollik, a meteorologist of Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) told the Financial Express.
