RAB arrests two with 8,600 Yaba pills in Muradpur

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two suspected drug traders along with possession of 8,600 pieces of Yaba tablets from Muradpur area of Nachole upazila on Monday night.

The arrestees were identified as Alamin, 30, son of Rafiqul Islam and Selim Reza, 22, son of Saidur Rahman, reports UNB.

Squadron leader Syed Abdullah Al Murad, camp commander of RAB-5, said that being tipped off, a team of elite force conducted drive around 8:45 am and arrested the duo along with the Yaba pills worth Tk 25,80,000.

A case was filed in this connection.
