Two workers were killed in a boiler explosion at a rice mill at Baghadoba in Melandaha upazila on Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Karim, 45, hailing from Sherpur district and Mintu, 35, of Baghadoba village, said a UNB news report.
Azizur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Melandaha Police Station, said the boiler of Kulsun Auto Rice Mill blasted with a big bang around 10 am, leaving two workers killed on the spot.
