Role: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

  • Targeting and budgeting.
  • Sourcing potential Land/projects at Mid-Market and Economic Projects in Dhaka.
  • Excellent knowledge of DAP (2016-2035) and related FAR calculation.
  • Procuring new projects (Considering Site visits, Feasibility Analysis, Proposal Placement, series of meetings, negotiation, and management approval).
  • Coordinating with Accounts and Finance Department for landowner’s payment.
  • Assisting the legal department to do drafting and finalizing the DOA, POA and Sale Deeds for joint venture and outright purchase of land.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master's Degree from Public/Private reputed University.
  • The applicants should have experience of 6-8 years in the following area(s):
    Business Development, Land Procurement, Product sourcing, Real Estate product.
